Back of House Outfitters

We've been
in the shit.

The work is loud, fast, hot, funny, and usually invisible. BOHO is a way to wear the part people outside the kitchen never quite get.

The truth

We've been in the shit.

Diverse kitchen crew working a crowded line during dinner service
Hands pulling orders from a packed ticket rail
Woman cook working a hot wok station through the rush
Exhausted cook cleaning down a dish area after service
Tattooed line cook taking a smoke break outside the back kitchen door

We’ve worked the doubles. Gotten buried on a Friday night. Heard the printer start screaming just when we thought we were caught up. We’ve been in the weeds, burned the shit out of ourselves, eaten dinner standing over a trash can, and somehow come back the next day ready to do it again.

BOHO comes from this life.

This is for our brothers and sisters still behind the line, fighting the good fight every day, every night, every shift.

We know you’re tired. We know you’re proud. We know there are nights you swear you’re done with this business.

And we know damn well where you’ll be tomorrow.

Back in the shit.

Because as miserable, ridiculous, exhausting and completely fucked-up as this life can be…

that’s where we thrive.

For cooks. By cooks.

The line

Made for the people who make it happen.

From the ticket printer to the last wipe-down, there is a language that belongs to the crew behind the pass. These tees are for that language.

The uniform

Not a costume.

Each design starts with the references that carry through every service: 86s, hot-behinds, sharp elbows, late nights, and a sense of humor that gets you through the rush.
